TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sentinel Risk Group website (sentinelriskgroupllc.com) and the Sentinel Operational Resilience Platform™ (app.sentinelriskgroupllc.com), together with any related services, content, and materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

USE OF SERVICES

The SRG website and SORP platform are intended for organizational and executive clients seeking operational readiness, resilience, and advisory services. Access to the SORP assessment platform requires an authorization code issued by Sentinel Risk Group.

PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to: access the Services without authorization; reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or attempt to derive the underlying methodology, scoring logic, or source of the Services; use the Services to develop or operate a competing product or service; interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. SRG may suspend or terminate access for any actual or suspected violation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, software, and methodology associated with the Services — including the SORP™ methodology, SORI™ scoring, Operational Readiness Pillars™, Mitigation Priority Matrix™, the SRG Institutional Doctrine, and all associated frameworks, report structures, workflows, and related doctrine — are proprietary to Sentinel Risk Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted except the limited right to use the Services as expressly authorized. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or competing use is prohibited.

ASSESSMENT DATA

Assessment data submitted through the SORP platform belongs to the submitting organization. SRG uses this data to deliver advisory services and may retain it as necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, and meet legal, security, and operational obligations. Data is not shared with third parties without client authorization except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Services.

NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

SRG provides independent advisory services. Nothing in the Services creates a legal, fiduciary, insurance, medical, or other licensed professional relationship. SRG is not a licensed security company, law enforcement agency, law firm, or insurance provider, and its recommendations do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or insurance advice.

IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY

SRG provides analysis, recommendations, and decision support. Responsibility for evaluating, accepting, and implementing any recommendation, and for all resulting operational decisions and outcomes, rests with the client. SRG does not control and is not responsible for the client's implementation choices or their results.

DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SRG advisory services are informational and consultative in nature and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Risk Group LLC and its members, officers, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to the Services, regardless of the theory of liability. SRG's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid to SRG for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the foregoing applies to the fullest extent permitted.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, communications, and related functions. SRG is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

MODIFICATIONS

SRG may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any executed engagement agreement and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRG regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings. Where an executed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement governs for that engagement.
