Intellectual Property & Methodology Ownership
Sentinel Risk Group LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in its source code, platform design, user interface, methodologies, scoring frameworks, SORI™ index methodology, SORP™ platform workflow, content, report structures, branding, service marks, and derivative works.
Users and clients may not reverse engineer, decompile, derive, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reproduce, or use SRG materials, outputs, workflows, or methodologies to develop a competing product, methodology, platform, assessment, or service without prior written consent from Sentinel Risk Group LLC.
Client-submitted data remains owned by the client and is used only in accordance with the applicable engagement documents and privacy/data-processing terms.
